By accessing or using The Boudoir Directory at theboudoirdirectory.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and photographers who access or use the Site.
The Boudoir Directory is owned and operated by Boudoir Automations by Moonlight and Lace Boudoir LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
The Boudoir Directory is an online directory that connects clients searching for boudoir photographers with verified photography studios. We offer two listing tiers for photographers:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or our services at any time without notice.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OF ANY KIND. This includes monthly membership fees, listing fees, application fees, and any other payments made to The Boudoir Directory or Boudoir Automations by Moonlight and Lace Boudoir LLC.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY BUSINESS RESULTS, LEADS, BOOKINGS, INCOME, OR OUTCOMES OF ANY KIND as a result of being listed on The Boudoir Directory.
Your listing on The Boudoir Directory does not guarantee:
Results vary by market, timing, competition, and factors entirely outside our control. We make no representations or warranties about the effectiveness of our directory for your specific business.
By submitting an application to be listed on The Boudoir Directory, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion at any time, with or without notice, and without refund.
Listings are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of pricing changes before they take effect.
All content on the Site not submitted by photographers — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Boudoir Automations by Moonlight and Lace Boudoir LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By submitting images and content to The Boudoir Directory, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your submitted content on the Site for the purpose of operating your listing.

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOUDOIR AUTOMATIONS BY MOONLIGHT AND LACE BOUDOIR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
